Turboed 750 and a big fine and probation...Cop puit on there wreckless driving speeds of 120...He could have put fleeeing and eluding but he didnt.

I dont believe that a Turbo 750 can hit 198. You're talking about a volvo?

It'd take about 500WHP to do that.

Edit: Unless its a 750cc turbo motorcycle?
