    Default ATTN slammed/dumped/lowlow guys

What kind of jacks are you guys using? My little hydraulic floor jack isn't low enough, thinking about checking Northern Tool to see if they have a reasonably portable low profile one... or go back to the ol' scissor jack

I don't have one low enough for my cars either. I just do the lame, roll it on to boards trick to get a jack under it.

I found this on the Northern Tool site. http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...5429_200345429

Now that I rooming with my cousin who's in the USAF I just get him to drive on base with my car and go the Auto Skills Development Center and rent a lift and tool's for $5 an hour.

    Thats what I do.

I raise the front 1-2in. with the scissor jack, then put the hydraulic under the sides to lift the car up.

I use ramps or a low profile racing jack from Harbor Freight.

My car is too low for scissor jacks...boards for me,

Sears aluminum racing jack. 2.5" profile just barely gets under my frame.
