on track for me, they got greasy after about 10-15 min into the session in a 3000lb car/driver (225 width), but I'd like to think ;], or so I hope, that I'm smooth, ymmv. I've also heard widely varying accounts of how heat-tolerable they are on track/autox, with the only sure thing being that they're definitely more than the old rt215s and less than similar tires.
if you're after sticky street tires that don't cost an arm and a leg, these, or the kumho mx, or the hankook rs2s will be your best bet. personally I'm keeping an eye out for the next time tirerack has a big clearance sale on the kumho Mxs.

I still think it's a pretty good track day tire, even when greasy the fall off in grip, although noticeable, wasn't that bad, still was decently grippy. as being heat cycled to death.... I guess we'll find out.Quote:
