b16's are great engines it just takes more to make power with them because the displacement and and lack of torque. thats why ls swaps normally run right with b16 swaps on comparable cars.
if you really want to know to power of your car then dyno it. it could make 120whp or 165whp you never know just try it.
and just for the record i had a sirII b16 swap with crappy dc header skunk exhaust and skunk 2 intake manifold make 158 on a mustang dyno tuned on a chipped p28 i guess it was the little b16 that could.
if you want 200whp reliably just sell the built b16 and throw an h22 in there... And you get torque too!

b16b's come stock with 185hp , i would think the perfect build could make 200+ easy, tq i dunno i have never seen a b16 with more than 135tq n/a
