Default need help with my LS

how much hp would you consider to be safe on an ls bottom end

I want to do a an all motor build

I was thinking of doing a full head job, like port polish , cams and valve train

i am also thinking of doing boost on the stock bottom end

does any body have any ideas or suggestions on how to make good, reliable power with out building the bottom end

You should be safe turbo'd with around 230whp(not much more than that), just get a good tune. You might wanna upgrade the valve springs and retainers but thats all the headwork i would do.
    Good Luck

smaller turbo's spool faster, but run out of breath up top. since you have an ls, you dont have a high rpm you need the turbo to stay til. without knowing your goals or budget, ill just throw a t3/t4 50 trim out there. should spool pretty quick and make good power

boost the ls going all motor on a ls is just wasted money.

Yeah sure why not, that's about 70 more WHP than you have right now. But don't expect a stock LS to handle much more than that.

you can get 240whp pretty easily with a properly tuned LS with some boost! id go with a smaller sized t3 and have a nice powerband.

    Yes IMO, I think ideal.

I would say 200whp is safe. Anything over that isn't.
