You're going to have a tough time getting any Audi in good condition for under 11. I'm gonna also assume you mean before tax, tag and title, since that significantly changes the game. If you were to look for an Audi, try starting with Autotrader.

If you get one of the Turbo'd versions, or an S4, make sure to ask for some documentation of some basic work having been performed. Timing belt, water pump and coolant flush if the car is over 80,000 miles is a big thing to look out for, and if you can, ask if you can have an independent mechanic check it over. The cars don't deserve most of the reputation they have for being hard to take care of, but if you pick one that's been abused, you can get a real headache, quick.

Don't try and get something you really can't afford. I.E a nice Audi that needs work would be a perfect example. You'll be in over your head. Simply buy the cleanest car you can find with full records, maitnence and a good previous owner.

If you're itching for Euro's in that price range.. maybe check out some GTIs. Also, IS300 prices have been coming down I've noticed... might be able to swing 11,000 for one.
95-99 turbo Eclipse/Talon are fun even with factory hp, under 11,000, and easy to mod... but tend to be a little (ok, maybe a lot) higher maintenance.

I can't wait for all the people to come in and tell this dude to get a Honda because he wants something fast. Lolol. Stick with the GP and make it a GPX. Later, QD.

Do you still have a price range of 11,000 if you keep the car? Just wondering, because 11,000 (or less) in that car... or pretty much any car would make a huge difference and could probably get it to be just the way you want it...

If its paid off I say keep it. Out of your $11,000 you soulc put $4000 into her and have a GP with some big balls. With the other $7000 you could buy a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 600cc motorcycle with blue rims listed in the for sale section for motorcycles. *cough*
