    best thing to do is

    1) Buy a header ( i have some for sale)
    2) Buy an intake manifold (skunk2)
    3) Buy an ECU and get it tuned

yeah buy that b18b and you'll have meet all your power goals i'm sure
but really the head flows a little better and thats about it. not worth it at all.
buy a gsr or a b16 if your gonna buy a new motor

the difference between a 96 LS motor an a 90-93 LS motor is almost ZERO . It would be a complete waste of time an money to do that swap.

They difference is hp is MAYBE 3-4 whp IF THAT.

here is my input: If you want to be different build the ls. I've seen ls build from the 160 -200hp all motor. If you want vtec like almost everybody then get a vtec motor. I would rather build the ls and be different.
