Default GSR open fuel line...where does it go?

I found what looks like a disconnected fuel line on my firewall directly behind the intake manifold. Is this supposed to be this way?:

that looks to be where someone replaced a brake line and didn't remove the old one. if it was fuel, you'd know, and if it was brakes, again, you'd know.
    Who knows?

I figured I'd know it if it wasn't right, because it would spurt out everywhere! I was just wondering what it was, that's all
