Default Why isnt my car starting?

Ok so for the past few weeks my car has been hesitating to start so my bf tested it at his job(Autozone)......

    battery-fine
    starter-fine
    alternator-fine

I go to leave work and it wont start.....doesnt make any noise.....

We changed the spark plugs and still nothing.....

The AC, lights, Pwr locks/windows still work when the key is on the on position.....

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

You have to turn the key for it to start!

starter solanoid(sp?) or main relay edit: you said it made no noise, so i'm guessing it didn't turn over. if it turns overforget what I said

if it does turn over its most likely the main relay..if it does not turn over and makes no noise i would vote battery or something in the circuit from the battery to the starter

If all your fuses are fine, then my vote is MainRelay.

put the car in "on" position (dash lights = on)

listen for your fuel pump to cut off, (*click*)

if this doesn't happen, then take the relay out, and tap it on the ground. Occasionally they'll jam up internally.

there is a way to test it out with a multi-meter and a battery, i forget the exact pin numbers though. (sorry)

What kind of car is it? Could be the main relay if it's an older honda, or the ignition switch itself. I had one that wouldn't start, and then 5 mins later it would. Finally figured it out, after I noticed it would start if you hold the key a certain way. The switch was all corroded inside.
