Where to get ECU Chipped?

I'm about to put a JRSC in my 94 GSR. I bought a p28 and was wondering what or who would be the best to go to for chipping?

And no haters, I got the charger already, so DO NOT tell me to just go turbo..

uhhh...WHAT?
You have to have your ECU socketed and chipped in order to get tuned.
Anyways, stupidity aside,I'm guessing you're going freeware? ie Uber/Crome?

lots of people dont get tuned though. they get a basemap and ride on that. all i was saying is please get tuned
