Short answer? No.
I second that. Nothing that you would feel in the drivers seat, but maybe on a dyno you would see an increase. Nothing to brag about.
maybe 1-2hp. nothing worth changing. stick with the high flow cat
You'll make 1-2 WHP more like other guy said; nothing noticable. Stick with a high-flow cat so it doesn't smell like gas fumes everywhere you go.Originally Posted by jerzey908

I have a magnaflow high flow carsound cat and it works great. I threw my whole exhaust on at once so I was not able to test it with and without. I had to lengthen my rear o2 sensor and install a bung to put it in past the cat but it passes emissions, all my readniness monitors for o2 and cat converter set and my fuel mileage has not changed too much.
smelling like gas fumes is whats up

I put a Random Tech hi-flo cat on my CL, I noticed gains :shrug:Originally Posted by jerzey908
testpipes are loud and raspy sounding. stick with the cat, your eardrums will thank you later when you are not deaf.

he means going from a high flow cat to a test pipe. not stock to a high flow catOriginally Posted by nbennettksu
butt dyno...felt more lowend with the highflow cat (Radom Tech) then with the test pipe.
stick with the high flow a test pipe will give you 1-2 more horses thats nothing really
a test pipe will let you blast flames out at everyone, F&F ftw!
I did as wellOriginally Posted by 93H22ACX
