    if you MUST run a gasket other than OEM, Cometic would be the way to go, Nothing beats OEM when it comes to honda though.

    MLS or Cometic, you need the mating surfaces completely perfect , but OEM is best...

    cometic but if you wanna raise CR without swapping the pistons and all, you can shave the block and head oh say .010. that would be .005 on either side or something like .007 block and .003 head or whatever combination you wanna make.
