its possible, johnzm ran 13.2s with 165whp an slicks in a 1800lb chassis.
on street tires i find it hard to beleive a b16 could go that fast. i just dont think a FWD car will get anywhere near the 60ft required to run that fast with a 150-160whp car.
i really dont see how a 2.1 60ft will run that fast.
my GSR CRX ran 13.8 with 190whp on kuhmp HP4 passenger tires with a 2.0-2.1 60ft
i had 190whp and a 13x TQ and i was revving to 9900 with LSD. i would finish the 1/4 in 3rd gear.
I just dont see a b16 being able to do it. an if you have a 200-215whp b16, then i would know who you are, because you just set records

yea talk is useless without proof. and obviously if you spent all that money sleeving the block and on prototype ECU's and whatthefuckever else, then you would have had some decent valve springs and retainers and hopefully would not "drop a valve". I have ran the hell out of my cars, over revved a few times, and never "dropped a valve". I bent a valve once when I was trying to show off and did a 4th to 3rd at 120. The engine pulled about 12k rpm, and the valve bent, not "dropped" but bent.

Im not saying it isnt possible because i witnessed a hatch at Steele this weekend turn 13.9 but he had a b18 bored and was pushing somewhere around 220whp. His is on street tires and spinning through 1st off the rev limit so with slicks i could see 13.7 or maybe 13.6
