Default Buy New Tires to get mounted or buy locally?

I'm in need of some new tires for my EM1. 195/50/15. I usually buy them at tirerack.com for a good price have have a buddy mount and balance them at work for free.

That was an unbeatable deal. Now I can't get it mounted and balanced for free.

Where can I get tires mounted and balanced for a decent price. They would also need to take of my existing tires too of course. I hear its bout $1/per inch. So for me that would be $15 to take off the old tire then $15 to mount and balance

So damn $30 to each wheel. $120 total. I think it would be more expensive then If i bought tires form like Discount Tires directly.

    lemme hear some feedback
