171 crank HP.... like 145 WHP. With CAI, NGM Stage4 upper IM (completely built IM, not a ported stock one) headers, exhaust (no cats) and a fuel tuner i only made 180whp for a car that weighs almost 3k lbs.

Avg stock 1/4 times around 15.7 seconds

I never once had an issue with mine (05 model yr), no clutch problems and it was a fun little car but its little, parts are not cheap and the 07's dont have much out aftermarket wise yet. U can use the same engine parts as the 05-06 model yr but the exhaust wont work with the new back bumper and other than one or 2 body kits there isnt much

Basically the money u save buying a Tib u will more than spend to get it around the mark of the WRX. Guess it just depends on what u want and what u plan to do with it.

yeah good idea. i liked it when i had it (and still do) but its what i could afford so i made it work. IF u can afford more then get something else.

I love the way the last Tiburon looked with the revamped front end and taillights. The new style doesn't look that great at all IMO.

In all honesty it looks like a copy of a Z4 with the fender thing and then copied the front end of something else. Bah damn korean's oh shit Im korean. Um damn designer.,

haha I drove an 07 tib.. they look aight.. but some parts in the interior feel so cheap...

I mean, the power sucks, interior feels cheap, but doesnt look bad.. kinda weird to say that... because it might not make any sense.. but owhell..

Oh and I do not like the blue light inside.. screw all that...

But exterior looks pretty cool.. get the v6 though, because I can only imagine how slow the 4 banger is.

pretty slow (i4 engine). But they have an iron block so u can boost away where as the 6 cyl has aluminum and 6-8 psi on a SC properly tuned with supporting mods if pushing the limits

the Tib is a great looking car but very underpowered...I had an 03 with an 05 front end conversion...got lots of positive comments on it...the 07's look horrible in comparison...I had mine 3 years and wanted something faster...my car ran low 15's at the track with minimal mods...if you want to pour a ton of money into them you can get them in to the 12's...there are alot more powerful cars out there but none can match the Tib's sexy lines...

Well I was researching the "Tiburon" and seems like like something I can do to it. Is to do an engine swap. Swap the V6 and put something more aftermarket friendlier and I mean....4G63. Ya you heard me the Evo engine. I never taht was possible but I remember seeing someone's Tib working perfectly fine and doing 10s all day and all night long. Then again Id just buy a Evo. LOLOL

prelude>tiburon... when i was loking for cars, those two were my options.. my parents wanted me to get a tiburon.. long story.. i dont like them, and they are slow...... i wouldnt mind a WRX, they sound so good with exhaust and they have so much potential.. my next car is either WRX, or S2000, or E36 M3...
