Default Help Me Make A Decision

WRX or GTI- Hear me out

I know may sound stupid, but...

The GTI I found is limited edition, has an R32 front bumper and some other mods. Recaro interior(stock.) Also only 22K miles and is being sold at a price I could afford to do a turbo upgrade then forge dv, evolution motorsports CAI, and tectonics exhaust, some wheels.

WRX, I would probably search forever to find an 04-05 but it would be fast from the factory, not aftermarket need, but I would do a cobb ecu, forge dv, STI fog covers, and STI wheels.

Here are pictures of what the GTI could look like after maybe 15K or more and if I have to...overnight parts from japan.

I can't resist another VW. It's only 1K more than what I can sell my car for. And I have money in the bank. It's tempting whereas I would be out of money if I bought a WRX.

Boser heads make me cream my paints. JP, but really, they do.

(Oh and a boser hood is just the longer hood that slants over the headlights like eyelids, and it goes over the grill so there is only one bar)

The car I may buy has the same front end and hood, and the rear bumper is virtually identical. All I would really have to do is buy the wheels the spoiler and fill the hole where the rear badge is.

I agree. I am trying to work out the sale of my car now, so that maybe VW will trade it in and my dad might buy another VW. They have given us generous offers in the past for our cars.

Damnit I shouldn't have set such high expectations for this car. But here are some stock pictures...

Those wheels are gonna run you a pretty good amount. They look like Work VS-XX, not cheap.

Well it's not going to happen, I just called the guy and a sale is already pending. So I think that helped me make my decision.
