Yea I have been getting mixed opinions about my switch, I think I mad the right decision for me. I find that the mustang is faster than my rsx-s low end and top end. I ran a 14.3 in my rsx-s, I found a time slip in the car that I think the car ran but I'm not for sure, so I will not post it..... The stock times for this car is a 14.4, I'm pretty sure its a mid 13s on motor with whats done to it now, but I'm going to take it to the track and find out so all of what I'm saying is unofficial. We can run I make no excuses but I will be on the bottle, I dont care about all motor no more lol
I do plan on running nitrous on it and putting a 4.10 in it but know one will no when I do it.

I walked out side and took a picture of the hatch in the driveway . It has mirrors on it now and i replaced them ugly marker lights lol. The other picture was right after i painted it i didnt have it put back together all the way then . Is that better joey you happy now lol.

Mines got a little bit more done than that..... Stock the car should run 14.4 with a good driver and I got a 3.73 in the rear that i plan on upgrading to a 4.10 with a 75 shot..... This is just a project car that I'm going to committ to and stick with for a while so, its only gonna get better with time. Even researching a possible lightning swap.....
I'm a pretty decent driver at the track 1st time I went to the track with my rsx-s times were 14.9( terrible I know) as you guys can see in the videos, after my 3rd time at the track in two months I got it down to a 14.3 at 100mph

I hope you are good! I used to work with a guy that had a 03 gt. He ran 14.7 with 3.73's, intake, and exhuast...he did have horrible 60's but even with a good 60 that car wouldnt have gon faster that 14.4's without being on a sticky tire. I look forward to see you run this car though. 2v motors can be built up into stout motors.
Go ahead and toss a 100 shot on it...It'll take it. Also, I see you said it had a t45...didnt gt's come with a 3650? Either way good luck with this one...get some long tubes while you are at it, they really woke my car up on the topend.
yea i was just throwin those up there lol and yea gotta stick with the rustang projects for a while look at mine took a year but now i have one of the quickest mustangs around my areaand on that lightning swap you wount like the price but it would be nasty also you either need a huge cowl hood or cut a hole in the hood for the blower

see more backing lol the 2vs were not so hot off the floor, they can be made sick but you dont see many over 400 whp na 4v is another story lol, also NOS is for little girls who cant handle boost![]()

There is a article in the new mm&ff mag that has a 2v build. They took a high mileage 97 gt non PI 4.6 and on an engine dyno made 266/341 with hooker l/t's, elec. water pump, & FAST engine managment. The numbers are high for that motor but it also had no accessories, no transmission, no exhuast, and no restricted intake....by the time you add all that you would have the real world dyno numbers (215ish/270ish). Anyways, they bolted on some cnc ported PI heads, comp cams, PI intake manifold, and an accufab tb and elbow on the stock short block and made 390/384.....still on the same engine dyno with the same restrictions or lack there-of. Take into account drive train loss of 20% (just a guess) and you get real world numbers of 312/308.....thats a strong 2v considering how it started!
Thanks japan and If I'm not mistaken I think they ran the t45(garbage) 98-2000 model I may be wrong but I know I have the t45.... Yeah, she is a work in progress and I do plan on running nitrous, she is gonna be getting ready over the winter, and I do plan on getting longtubes+ upr off road xpipe with the weld in Magnaflows I already got, also 4.10

T45's until mid 01 then Ford switched to the 3650

Slam it on some QA1 coilovers (obviously with tubular k member, u/l control arms, and u/l rear control arms), put in a "style bar" and rock the fuck out.

You should always do it all at once but I rarely have. I have h&r supersports on stock tokico shocks and untill I took the iso's out it didnt ride that bad. to give you an idea of how low my car is, I can fit one finger between the fender and the tire on the front and 2 fingers between the tire and 1/4 panel in the back...kinda like the shocker!
Chris, just cut the springs 'til you save up for some coilovers. I rode on cut springs for a few months in my SN95.
Ugly wheels, but I loved that car.
