lol.... i ask because my buddy got pulled racing a truck..... the cop gave him a ticket for failure to obey basic "something". i cant remember..... but the cop said he could take him to jail and should arrest him.


turns out they are both reservist marines so i was just wondering if he was blowin smoke up my buddys ass.


in virginia they will give you wreckless driving.....

you go to jail. your car gets impounded. you get some continuances, and have like 5 araignments, which puts your court date off till almost after a year after it happened. you turn 21 in the meantime, so your charges wont be so harsh...ill tell you the rest when I get that far haha

Real racers don't get caught unless that shit is ORCHESTRATED. And even if it is, THA BUSTA can bring you back (if he doesn't just run back to the fort).

i was caught racing off 29 from gloster to bethesda and a sherriff caught us on tape....he was pretty cool about it just gave us a ticket and lets us go wen to court dec 2 and didnt even bring it up i had other tickets the same day sooooo it all depends on if they want to fuck with u or not

i never went to jail. cop asked me to step out of the car. asked me what i was thinking. told him i wasnt thinking. he wrote me a ticket and told me i had to show up in court. court date comes i go in and they asked "who here want to just pay the fine and leave" i said me. $500 fine. then 3 days later letter in the mail saying i need to send in my license. 6 month suspended

u shoulda have saw the judge and no contest.
