    Cool Best Tuner???

    I have a 04 SRT-4 and I just got the Diablosport Predator installed on my car not long ago and finally got the drivability good from a "canned tune" through the E-mail thanks to Aaron at Tru Dyno Sports. Now I want to have the WOT fuel and timing tuned in on the dyno and Aaron at Tru Dyno Sports is just to far to drive to get it done so I was wondering who you guys think would be the best Shop/Tuner to carry it to around the Atlanta area to get it done. Thanks

    Looks good, I see that they have the CMR software also that could get me a perfect tune.

    Yeah tunes are not cheap. I don't know why people upgrade without factoring that in? Makes no sense.

    Yea they are high but i'm about to have the money to pay. It should not take more than an hour to do it cause it is pretty close but not what I want I want the a/f's to be holding about 11.4 all the way across and run as much timing as I can without getting any KR.

    Sounds good man. I don't know much about those SRT-4's but 11.4-11.6 is a good, safe AF for a Cobra and you can run about 21-23* timing on 93...for the Cobras...

    Give Injected a call, Aric knows his shit but they are busy as hell I think...

    Yes he rebuilt the trans in my 01 Cobra and put the 4.30 gear in it. Good guy, I went to high school with him...I think he was a senior when I was a freshman.

    yep mine runs a 11.3 afr and 25* on 93 octane. its a good number to shoot for

    pretty much. i was thinking i got ripped off for a second there lol, i would GLADLY pay 500 bucks for a good dyno-tune.

    I have standalone EMS, that sure doesn't help with tuning costs initially lol

    awe yea a ems is a handful thats for sure. Mine was just tuned with CMR software through a Vendor on our Forums.

    I paid 650 for mine but that included tune, software/handheld programmer, and dyno time. Not bad IMO.

    I hope it want cost me over $200 cause it want take long to do it but if I have to pay more I guess I will to get it right. I dont know how most tuners are but from what I hear they mostly just do a flat rate tune. I priced Injected Engineering and they wanted $450 flat rate to do it no matter how long it takes but it would be worth it for the better gas milage and be safer when playing with it. Better safe than sorry

    I paid a grand for my tune, however that included installation of a fuel pump because the first one died on the dyno, and he street-tuned it for a week driving it back and forth from his house. The tune has like 15 hours into it from what my tuner told me, however since then, he allows me to just throw it on the dyno and get it touched up for practically nothing, because WOT is all that ever needs changing.
    Who knows?
