great, it can be like an 'ia bully beatdown'

i do have a couple of my old gyms we could do this at and i could get refs if you guys really wanna do this.

really need to do something like 3- 1 min rounds or maybe 1.5 min rounds. fighting is rough and takes incredible stamina to stand toe to toe for even one 5 min round. really need to enforce min light gloves and maybe headgear at a min so nobody would get seriously hurt imho :cheers: :2cents:

i agree, as for refs like i said at my gym, im good friends with the trainer so he could host and ref. n trust me, i dont see to many people arguing with his calls lol!
im sure this thread will never happen but if it does, it will be awesome!
