yes they SHOULD know better but not everyone does.....thats the point. If that were the case we wouldnt have prisons full of people that didnt do as they SHOULD. At least we agree that the "talking" is stupid. I wonder if hsi nonsense would fall under the "cyber bullying" laws as of late. Ever ask yourself why a human being would constantly want to berate and belittle other people so much? really ask yourself that.
