this guy looked like he had turn down exhuasts..They were not visible from the rear of the car..Also yes Full limo tint...Could not see in the front windsheild at all...Didnt hear any kind of whine or whistle when he passed by...Just sounded like a Whole lot of Motor...It was nice to look at but i enjoyed the little show he put on..Wish i would have got in on video
