Well how do we make the Space Shuttle or Space Station? We use current technology and build it. Same as someone from another planet, they would build something with thier current technology. Remember we are infants in the greater scheme of things. Humans have not been around very long and we have only made large advancements in the past 150 years. We are noobs to the world of technology. A civilaztion that has been around MUCH longer that we have would be able to do far space travel, especially if they have either mastered the speed of light or the use of worm holes.

Alien babies aren't always pretty but then again human babies are a bit wrinkled and messy too. This alien baby picture is from the 1950's. Heavens only knows what was thought of the person that took this alien picture way back then but we are glad they were brave enough to pick up their camera and take a picture of the alien baby. We are even more glad that they were brave enough to make sure the picture made it into the public. The faa came on and said that all the accusations are false and it was a weather phenomonom.
