both. depends on what company and location. My old cingular at arbor place and our at MOG before they sold it was pretty happening. Always fine bitches at MOG right next to the elevator lol. Our gwinnett location sucked and i didnt make shit and was working 55+ hours a week. Where im at now is ok though. I got my own computer and shit there and we have clientel instead of impulse cell phone shoppers so i dont worry about losing my commission 30 days later.

the place i am talking about is the cingular in snellville, right next to the Target/Borders. it's a pretty busy place. Anyway, i talked to the guy and he said it was 7.50 an hour plus commission i think. He said in december he made 2000, and usually averages 400 a week. and that is really good compared to the 400 every two weeks i am making. How does the commission work?

lol 2k for december isnt shit...and at 7.50 an hour, thats an agent GUARANTEED. I was making $7 an hour base + 7 a phone sale (not shit for what they get, TRUST ME :)) my buddy from corporate pulls about $4k a month but he isnt into regular sales though and im now making $8 base plus $25 an activation (still not great, but way better)

commission works like if you sell a phone, you dont get paid til the end of the month. if you are full commission and people make impulse decisions to buy, they have a 30 day trial period and if they bring it back, you get to starve

I know what my agent was making when i worked for cingular and when they bitch about 7 and 7 and wanted me full comission, i could have pulled 60-130 a sale but there were days where i could count our customers on one hand so i didnt
