well my car runs fine and dandle. but occassionally when u shut it off and try to turn it on again it doesnt want to turn on, than when the turn the key to acc and let fuel run through it turns on normal. whats wrong with it?? its a completly stock odb1 jdm h22 and the only code its throwing is EGR which i think is normal

Check Battery Terminals, Wires, and Connectors. Also make sure your running the right size battery. Sometimes its little shit like that.

Like he said Fuel Pressure Regulator and the Fuel Filter.

you need an IGNITION SWITCH (the electrical portion, not the lock cylinder), extremely common honda issue.
should be a little over $100, it will fix your car.

that'll be $69.84 for the diagnostic ;]

the car may not start at all, shut off while you're merging on 285 and cutting in front of a mac truck, or you'll have to steer while your girlfriend holds the key in the run position and while she's leaned over you , you can get a little cabesa but that's about it LOL :D
