Best Christmas present ever...

My daughter was born on December 25th after 17 hrs of labor. This is my first child, and I can't believe how great it feels to be a father. It was an experience seeing her being born via c-section. She came in at 9 lbs 8 oz. I can't stop taking pictures of her. The whole thing about getting no sleep is no joke. Getting up every 2-3 hrs to feed is brutal.

It only gets better. My daughter was born 11/18/05. She is walking around now. Everyday at work I miss her and can't wait to get home to her. Yes, the sleep can be a pain, but if you're like I was, you don't even care. I love watching her experience new things. Her facial expressions, and actions especially. Enjoy her while she is a baby, it doesn't last long. I'm already starting to miss it cause Savannah (my daughter) is growing up soooo fast.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. She is a handful. This girl is a pig. She is eating 24/7. We give her the required 2 ounces and she is still hungry. She is chomping on her hands. I am def only getting 3 hrs of sleep at night and sometimes a nap during the day. And for the person who asked, her name is Ava Elise.

wait about a month or so and then start adding some rice( baby rice) in her formula, that should fill her up
