So in the mail this past week, I got a recall for the celica... if its being sent to my house... instead of the new owner....does that not mean that the new owner from Texas registered it? A friend thats stationed over there has seen the car being driven around... and a friend from Tampa whos home town is in Texas has seen it... call me stupid but I am not an expert on these matters. If the new owner hasnt registered it, could I get in trouble... I dont even know.

P.S. again, all you people who think it was totaled.... :lmfao:

P.S.S. 2000+ 7th gen owners, you might want to hit up a toyota dealership, apparently theres a major malfunction with the daily running lights. :goodjob:

It takes corporate a while to get you out of their mailing system that is why you will still recieve mail on the car for almost a year

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

major malfunction on your "daytime" running lights not "daily"....oh geez, better drop what you are doing and goto the dealership so they can fix your idiot lights.....because the sweet ass celica won't run without them on.

Yeah its been stated already but I still get recall mails for my G35 and that was over a year ago.. some dealerships never mark you off their mailing list.

I also heard that Toyota was recalling all Celicas with body kits on them because that made an awful looking car look even worse. And that's not in Toyota's best interest. Later, QD.
