Check out my new car. Its a 1997 GSR with 80k one owner miles. Never modded. The original owner was about 40 years old, and garaged it for its whole life. The paint is bright and flawless. The interior is perfect. The engine runs strong and the transmission and clutch are the smoothest I have ever owned. I got a DEAL on this one... I had to drive 850 miles to get it though.... Here are a few pics in a parking lot a block from the guy's house. I already ordered a CAI, and next week I am ordering a RS*R Exmag catback, omni test pipe, and JDM 4-1 header and heat shield. I will have to modify the catback a little (cut a few inches out of it) to get the jdm header and test pipe to fit. Tell me what you guys think would be the next mod on my list. I like the clean stock look, so no body kits or flashy wheels will ever be on this car.

also nopionline.com has some of their nopi (AEM) titanium pearl colored cold air intakes on sale for less than $150, plus 25% off and free shipping. I ordered one for my GSR and with tax it was $109.xx shipped (pretty damn cheap for a name brand CAI). They also have a lot of DC headers on sale as well. Pretty good prices.

before everybody says something about the LS wheels, heres proof that its a GSR and not a swapped LS... original owner liked the meshies better than the stock wheels I guess..

just so you know, '96-97 GSR's came with either the starfishes (SE wheels) or LS meshies. Thats how they came. I know because I own a '96 GSR.

if you put a 8k tach and a vtec badge on your vw it will make you more of a douche than you already are.
