Emails that float around like this really piss me off. I recieved this from a friend a few minutes ago....

========================

This is how Snow lives, day in and day out -- just 2 feet of rope and
little shelter. She may or may not have water/food needs met. The
"owner" has agreed to give her up if we can find some placement.

Please forward to all people and rescue groups you know. Anything has
got to be better than this. The next door neighbor, Mark Kempf took the
picture and got the guy to be willing to let him find her a home. Mark
already has 2 dogs and cannot take her though he tries to make sure she
gets some care. Mark says she's still a puppy, but has no other info on
her. If you can place her in a home, please call Mark at 404-210-6276.

========================

I called this guy and advised him to just call animal control on his nieghbor but he isnt listening to that logic. If you want to help, you will have to have a fenced backyard, the dog WILL be an indoor dog, and you have to agree to have it spayed/nuetered. If you can rescue this dog please call Mark at 404-210-6276.

That's horrible! I don't understand people, how could anyone treat another living thing that way??? The owner needs to be tied up for a while to see how much he likes it.

An you see if someone does go rescue this dog his nieghbor will be getting away with cruelty to animals, a federal offense. If the guy would have just listened to me....

Also you can tell from the picture that the dog is not in fact outdoors all the time. It wouldnt be a white dog anymore from all the mud. Even "Mark" admitted to that. His nieghbor just treats this dog badly and now wants an out thinking that pets are disposable.

Well I can't leave it in the house because I'm gone for 12 hrs a day. I do have a fenced in back yard that is pretty big, but I would feel bad leaving her out there too. Still better than being tied up though.

I Take her in! I always want a Husky! Well I have everything that is needed! A fenced yard, inside most of the day and spayed her. Before I get Akita or German Sheeper mix pups! LOL And She will have 2 140LB dogs she can play with inside a full 1300SQ ft basement!

I try to call but no one answer!

I'm not sure if the guy I listed above found a home for her yet. Just keep calling that number and ask for Mike to find out the current details. I'm just a messenger.....
