Glass Blowing

Ok so a buddy of mine blows glass and hes going to start to sell his items that he blows. He has been blowing for 20 years now and can do some awesome work. This is a piece that he blew for a friend of mine. Its got pink and white swirls and the partial see through glass is color changing, when its heated up to a certain temp. I will post some more pics later this week of what else he does, just figured I would see if people on here would be intrested. The pieces are a little more expensive, but you get exactly what you want.

A little pipe like the one below runs anywhere from $40-50, also there are mini bubblers that are as tall as this is length wise which run around $50-60. Like I said I will get some pics up, anyone intrested?

i could talk to him about it. He would need to see the car and the hoses for a few hours but it is VERY possible. The guy is out in winder, a little drive, but he is WELL worth the drive. very artistic and a perfectionist. I will talk to him

aight. i've seen an example of how the process is done. and it's cool as hell. but the glass guy was somewhere like california. there's MAYBE 2 companies that do that type of work.....if he becomes an IA sponsor he could very well be #2-3!!

my sr20 doesnt move much but i would be worried that over time stress will come into play... i'd be down for a setengine dampers infinite...engine dampers....and he'd have to make the glass strong enough to withstand all that. i'm 236 lbs. i'd stand on them and if they break, i'd slap him and send him back to the glass shop! DT LEMME GET HIS NUMBER, I'LL SELL HIM ON IT.

a good friend of mine just gave me a kick ass corn cobb pipe for christmas...
my bowl was stolen like a year ago..it looked kinda like the first one you put a pic up for but it was bigger and longer.
but i have always been intrigued by glass blowing...i could watch people do that for days..
i might be interested in a very small bowl... but i wouldnt pay 50 bucks for it..
