Lets make an Airsoft Team

Alright, I saw there's people who are into paintball, so there has to be a chance that some are into airsoft. Right now theres 2 official places to play:

-Georgetown(http://www.teamairsoft.com/main.htm)
-New indoor CQB place in ATL called Strategic Airsoft Command(http://strategicairsoftcommand.com/index.htm)

Also, theres suppose to be a local game with a couple of my buddies in the lawrenceville/Suwanee area. IF anyones interested, let me know so I can see if its cool with the guy hosting it.

It goes by honesty. Most of the time, people will call their hits because they usually don't want to be hit more than once.

What is the point of airsoft? Not bashing or anything. I personally dont feel airsoft bb's that hit.. unless its point blank. Paintball is more fun :) especially when its really cold out.

it only hurts if u get hit in bare skin other then that u hear a pop from the bb hitting ur clothes i use to play every week end then just got outa it.

also i see different types of guns ranging from gas to springs to electric.. what are the pros and cons to each of the diff rifles..? and which provides the best fire rate with accuracy and best power to weight ratio.. please and thank you

on a sidenote.
my buddies Bryan and Brian discovered the Georgetown, it was right up the street from where Brian lived, this was 2002 I think. Is the field under new ownership? or is it still owned by the sherriff? (we used to go camping and squirrel hunting out there too)

get an electric, most bang for buck, and you don't have to buy gas, if you want an emergancy back up get a gas pistol (I went on a gas pistol craze, I have a WA beretta 92fs w/full badging, and a pair of some of the only Glock 18cs with full badging to make it in the states from KSC)
I have a p90 with a Ti barrel extended into the sliencer, full rail system, a nade launcher somewhere, it's got all the hopped up goodies (all the "silent" stuff), a MP5k with silencer extended Ti barrel and a pdw stock, it's got the new spring, motor, gearing, piston, all that good stuff. Both the AEG's need work. (my PSG-1 will never run again)
I'd suggest take it easy at first, I got all out into airsoft right away because my best friend was and I got a good discount and free gun work, which doesn't help if you get as much crap as I did and played as much as we did. It can be as expensive as you want it to be though. I'll sell my mp5 to ya, gotta figure a fair price, and get a few things fixed on it (nothing major)

i like the m16 to m4 guns the best u can do almost anything to them the m16 is more accurate but u can make the m4 or m15 as classic army calls it shoot like a sniper rifle just get a psg-1 barrel and a screw on silancer and a type 0 cylinder. and if u get a classic army gun all u need for power is a spring i had a pdi 150% and the gun shoot 405 fps.
most field limits are 400fps

totally agree, solid way to get a good set up, if you want a bit more fire rate, get a better motor, and a bit higher voltage battery.
