are these ROTA's or KNOCK OFFS?

b/c the caps say EXEL

and Rota's spokes are thicker..

so this is once AGAIN blatant false advertising..

but what kind of exel wheels? model?

I'm such a noob at this (I've probably edited that post 20x), I got the wheels second hand from someone. let me research this some, and add the post.
