Can you get charged for abuse of cocaine?
Or is it only possession?

lol all you want. i got no clue, just trying to ease a friends mind. he tried some a few weeks ago. i hear it stays in your system long. well, his "friends" mentioned his name in court. he doesn't have any, but its still in his system. i just wanna make sure he doesn't get fucked over

i'm not entirely sure, but i've heard that if its in your system, you can get charged for possession. may be wrong though.

If it is in ur system is it "use" if u are found with it it is possesion..

My family is in and out of jail for possesion with intent to sell...

Which test? Blood or Urine? It does depend....Courts mostly use urine...Ur friend should be fine...

COURTS ARE NOT GOIN TO GO THROUGH THE EXPENSE OF USING ANYTHING OTHER THEN A URINE TEST, AND IT SOUNDS LIKE IN YOUR FRIENDS CASE HES BEIN SNITCHED OUT (FUCKIN SNITCHES THESE DAYS) HE SHOULDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THOUGH..
