CF Question.

what does it mean when a manufacturer says that a hood is CF on fiberglass?
is it diff. from one that says that is only CF?

oh, and ne1 know how is the quality on nopi's #1 CF hoods.

when they say C/F layed on fiberglass it is just what it says C/F put on top of a fiberglass hood. if it is full C/F it is made with all C/F no fiberglass. At least that is how i think it goes

Well a full CF hood/trunk should be lighter than partly CF hood/trunk.

generally it means the hood surface is Carbon but the support structure under the hood is fiberglass. doesn't really affect quality or weight.
