everytime someone mentions hummer though I remeber the time when me and my friend almost went to jail...lol. The hummer plant is like 10mins from my house, well one night me and a buddy went to take some pics of our cars under a big sign at the plant that says "Home of the Hummer". So we parked in the parking lot (not past the security gate yet) and started taking pics. Well 15mins later, 3 cop cars roll up. they jump out of thei cars with guns draw and tell me to drop my weapon!!?!?! I had a fucking camera in my hand, well I wasn't about to drop so I set it down nice and easy. Finally they made me go though EVERY picture and delete the ones that I had just taken (and their was some material on that camera which my ex probably whished they hadn't seen...lol). Then I had to go through every photo again to prove that I did delete them (and there were 100+ photos on there). Not to mention they went through all my video tapes (luckily I had just gotten fresh tapes and all my street racing/cruising videos were at home). Almost got arrested for breaching national security that night, when we left there were like 10 cop cars.

hummers-(minus H1's) are pieces of shit. basically just tahoe's and trailblazers that cant do shit off road, get shitty gas mileage, and look like ass while being in the shop constantly.

And GM wonders why they are having problems..... Sure some people will buy it, but atleast 95% wouldn't. They need to make a car or cars that fits the needs of the majority. Healthcare for the auto workers is not the problem.


Examples:

Hummer :

It's a status symbol, it screams "Hey I can spend $50K, and $150 a week in gas). This applies to a small percentage of people.

Not exactly sure who this appeals to, but you do see one every once in a while on the road. I try to stay clear from them because the owner obviously has problems with their vision.

Chevy Aveo:

Cheap at $10K, and scary as hell to ride in. Will have one of the fastest depreciations of any car. Again doesn't appeal to hardly anyone.

Corvette:

Nice ass car, but again only the few that can afford the Hummer can afford this one.


Then if you look at all their mid size family cars that cost $22K-$30K, they don't compare to other makes in the same price range. Not to mention the styling is not attractive.

GM has been falling for awhile now. Primarily when killing the Firebird and Camaro lines.. "The Revolution" killed Chevy.

those mirrors have a point though, well at least real trucks that have them have a purpose (so h2's, no point, lol) but like our titan has them and its part of the towing package so when your towing you can see everything clearly, there is a low mirror above the top mirror as well to let you see even more.

nice to have , but yeah, they are kinda ugly, but purpose over style.

h2 looks bad compared to h3 makes h3 look like a wimp the wheels for h3 change right ?? cuz i saw it park real weird like the wheels can bend ??
