I was wondering if anyone has a hi-flow cat. on there integras and if someone could meet me at my boys house so i can pass emmission. Rewards will be given.

ther is no such thing as a hi-flo cat.. ask any muffler specialist.. ther is no such thing.. all catalytic converters are the same inside.. the name hi-flo is just ther to sell the product to make sum money.

Yea there are 2 different types of cat metallic and ceramic. Usually stock cats are ceramic. The metallic ones are generally the "high flow cats". They tend to not melt and get screwed up like ceramic ones. Check out magnaflow.

some of the track guys will beg to differ as well. There are some classes where modifications to the car are VERY limited and they flow bench catalytic converters and shit just to see which flows the best for the most "power". I sold a tranny to a guy that ran a class like this. He said people would hide vtec controllers and run itr suspension and shit b/c you either couldnt tell a difference or couldnt find it.

thanks for all the replies. Just put the old stock exhaust on and cat to pass. I was just tryin to make it a lil easier but oh well already got the tag.
