Thermostat, low fluid, water pump took a poop, fan not operating properly, or radiator needs flushing or has years of debri/bugs blocking its cooling ability.

If the hoses have pressure when the car is at opperating temperature, then its not the water pump. The thermostat might be sticking.

Try changing the thermostat since its cheap and if that don't work, pour 5 gallons of gas over the car and burn it.

We don't need no water let the mother fucker burn, burn mother fucker, burn!

As for the shop to do it, with your car it really depends on where you are. West Atlanta, Mainstream is definately the place, you've also got GTE and Batlground, south atlanta you can bring it to us. There is a lot you can do to check out the problem on your own. Take the radiator cap off and look down the tubes, if they're gunked up buy a new radiator, if it overheats more on the highway than just sitting in traffic its probably the thermostat.

jack up the front of the car when you fill the system, leave it jacked up till the thermostat opens and you get good circulation in the system (you'll be able to see the fluid movin if youtake the rad cap off). top that shit off while its jacked up and you'll be good to go, unless you got a clog or a leak.
