Ive got a intake Question for a 87-91 RX7

the way the intake sits,its right behind the right side lights,and my buddy told me his cousin took out his parking lights and used the holes as vents for the intake,and there is some kind of box u install to help pull the air up to the intake and keep water out...anyone know bout this?

They make a variety of methods. The stock intake is restrictive on the TIIs, but is generally adequite on the N/As. We picked up 26rwhp with an intake chage on a 87 TII.
Just use the RB intake. It is the best design on the market.
