K20 K20a K20a2 swaps & Emissions in Georgia?

I'm would like to know if a K20 swap in an EG will pass emissions here in ATL? I'm talking the basic swap i.e. K20a2, kpro, catalytic converter, muffler. Not installing the fuel tank and other sensors like the one guy out in Cali did :no:

Does anyone have a K20 swapped EG here in ATL? I'd like to meet up to take pictures, get info, and take a ride. Willing to fill the tank / buy some lunch :goodjob:

urh...not sure on emmission....but if u do it right u can pass it .... i dont; have to worry becuz i have a dealer tag!!! :) ....anyway...K20A2 Eg will be quick...i think there are 1 or 2 on here.... but anyway...get a EK its better :P

the car has to be able to pass smog on OBD1 which means it needs a cat an proper 02 sensors.

they test the tailpipe only on OBD1 cars. so i say yes its possible.

OBD2 they just scan your ecu
