good question, I worked at Metro with Atl's finest of youth characters and we weren't allowed shiat but our hands and cuffs once a youth was restrained and displayed additional threats of harming himself or others. Broke up many of fights, riots or whatever with the bare hands... I won't even go into detailed mentioning of some of those catz were as big as me and bigger...none stronger though..........

that cop needs to go back to P.O.S.T. for some additional PPCT........which is the shit I must add although I was a heavy promoter of yoking a MF da fock out......yes sir, it's now nap time......
