Can't get this car titles in my name

Alright I bought a car from a guy that bought it from this dealer place that bought the car from the an auction and I tried to put the title in my name but the title arangment place say I need the original owners signature and other shit I was wondering if there was a way to put this title in my name the original owner with his name on the title is no where to be found is there any other way to put this damn title in my name.

if the space is blank just get your sister to sign it the original owner's name should be on the front of the title make sure you put the date atleast a day after you went the first time to the dmv because you never know you might get that same idiot

call around to insurance places , and ask if they do title bonds , they will tell ya how to get the title in your name , it is expensive though , $150 , but worth it , that is what i had to do! hope this helps!
