sleepy 240?

hey i might wanna make my head lights sleepy eyes i have a 93 240sx. Can any one explain how and also anyone with them or road in a car with them when you turn your head lights on do the still work fine? is there any way so when they come on they go up? and then off the just go back to sleepy?
