NEED HELP!!!98 eclipse door handels

Does any one know if there was an recall on the eclipse door handels. My girlfriend has an 98 eclipse and both of her outside door handels came off when she opened the door. Or is anyone selling anyparts for this year, i need some door handels ASAP. :bowdown:

Dont know bout recall but my bros old 99 eclipse handles broke. The handles are like 200 somethin from dealer. Shitty

I've heard of it happening before. I also have a set (black) off my talon that would work for you, if your interested let me know.

I had a 97 and mine broke also. No way did i pay $200 from the dealer. They are much cheaper then that, unless maybe you have them paint them. You can do that yourself for less. I got one from rick case, dont think i payed more then $40 for it

try to find used ones.... from a yard... or off a board, mitsu eclipse and dodge avenger door handles should both work i think....

avenger handels will not work they are a little longer and have more of an angel to the backs of them. The dealer that I got some from ordered the wrong ones (avenger handles) and they looked like the right ones, but after getting them painted I went home to install them and they didn't fit :doh: I had to replace them because some poeple broke into my car and busted my locks and door handels :jerkit:
