I wanted to know if anyone else has had a bad experience with this person. I was trading a FPR and fuel pump for a front lip and I think I got ripped off. We agreed to send each other the parts and I have not got mine yet and cant get a response from him. I sent the parts on 10-31-06 and still dont have mine. I also sent some money to help with the shipping. I just want people to look out for him cause I think I got stiffed. I shouldn't have been so stupid. If he gets it to me I will change my feedback. i have the convo on my cell phone. UPS can not give me any info on where the location of the pacage is. they said things can get mixed up this time of year due to higher travel, and sending packages. they filed a lost package claim, and someone from that department would be in touch with me with in 48 hours.

As a heads up, the company I used to work for had alot of problems with UPS all the time. They loose shit, fuck packages up blah blah blah. We shipped SPX or robin air any time we could. I know I not in this just wanted to give you a heads up about UPS. They are jackasses on the phone too, you get nothing done unless you go to their store and yell alot.

Well then I guess I can tell about my bad experience then...I bought some seats from him a while back. He said they were perfect. Well I figured since they were in his Lude they would fit in mine. 1/2 True, he only had them set up so that the front mounting points would work....so 50 bucks later I had my brackets fixed...no big deal. The thing that pissed me off was, when I was accelerating, for some reason the seat back decided it did not want to be in the up right position any more.(MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE geting tossed to the back seat due to reclining/releasing mechanism being srtipped)...after many times trying to fix that I said the hell with it, counted my loss and got some new seats. Then recently he goes and jacks my seat for sale thread because of the asking price....Said they were cheap EBAY POS SEATS...well at least these work and look better than the ones I got from him, which I am sure he got from EBAY. I think he is a dick and I will never do any business with him again...

He never told me that the drivers side seat was fuxxored..He just took my money and LOL LOL all the way to the bank I guess.

I deal with ups everyday. There is no harm in giving a tracking number out. What, are you going to track the package and go hi jack it off of the truck? If they are talking to you about it "being lost" then obviously the have enough security info from you to give you the tracking number.

its going to be hard to file a claim without a tracking number...thats what this situation seems to be about is not wether the item was lost/stolen but more the fact the lack of a tracking number.

If it was me and i was the buyer, i would be more than happy just having a tracking number and i would call ups myself and get the scoop

We can not give tracking numbers out without photo ID to match up with the name because if they just gave out numbers to people, then you could just take someones name, and find out when it will be at their place and gank that shit, anyways, she told me to go to our local UPS store to get the tracking, and that MOST LIKELY it could have got lost in a warehouse.

Plain and simple.........JDMBeau is an asshat. He sold me some seats that were crap. Everytime I would accelerate the drivers back would recline automatically. I had to prop it up with 2 toolboxes til I got some real seats.

Shady guy all around, he only lives about 45 minutes from me, but not worth the waste time or gas to get my revenge. Just flaming him on here is bad enough. More people see this anyways.
