i dont believe its able to get a loan for a salvage car. when i tried to buy my civic they wouldnt allow it because of the salvage title. it was also only 4g's but since of the price it might be able to.

where was the car wrecked at... where on the body, also did you repair it or did a shop do it?

you can get a loan for this car...a buddy of mine bought a M3 with a salvage with a loan from his bank...the car was hit a few years ago in the driverside rear quarter...it has been repaired for awhile now...it was already fixed and everything when i purchased the car...it was fixed at a shop in Miama where i purchased the car i'm sure...

bump for a cool car. my thing is.. it must have been one heckuva hit to a E46 M3 for the insurance company to initially issue a salvage title on it.

looks like a good car.. but caveat emptor.

i love the 550...my first car was a 456...my dad gave it to me when he got the 550 and traded the 550 for the 612 a few years ago...

but i got a great deal on a 360 challenger all raced out with a cage and all...

i'm sure i'll take it to the ferrari track day events at road atlanta...but competitive racing no...cost too much money..seriously you need at least a 1 million dollar a year budget to be competitive and i'm very competitive, so i would have to find a way to swindle a million plus sponsor...i'll have some pics soon of the 360

is there a sticker with all the info like VIN, Color Code, tire size and all that stuff on the driver side? (when you upen the door it is right below the hinge). And when you pull up the E-brake...it hits the center console's lid and causes it to crack open a little?

The car was sitting at some Auto salvage yard's front lot with their other cars for sale (this was in somewhere past loganville), and they were selling it for one of their customers (who got the car repaired from them). If it's the same car...i drove it before you got it and almost bought it. To me it was stated that the car was in a accident, but title was clean. When i pulled it up...it stated Salvage/Rebuild (reason i backed out). I would put up the price it came down to, but don't wanna kill your sale. If you have the same car i would like to know what they told you about it when you bought it. I was jaw dropped too when i herd the price, then things started to add up, and price wasn't so "jaw dropping" anymore. I am sure becasue the year, milage, and options are exact same. When did you buy this car?

no its not the same car...i bought the car in miami roughly a year ago...plus the car had a rebuilt florida title...so i had to get it cleared in georgia when i got the car back to GA...but yeah i bought the car in miami and drove it back to atlanta, and put about 8K miles on it with no problems from the car...

The E46M has to be one the best all around daily driver cars money can buy. They do everything perfect except dyno... then you need 18 fingers and be double joined to turn off the "guardian angel"

With out a doubt one the most fun and reliable cars i have ever beat on. Even if mine did over head at 37 miles… Guess I should have fallowed the breaking guide lines

the car has been inspected...read the post before posting...the title has been inspected by the state of georgia...if it has not be inspected and cleared then the state would not issue a title for the car...so let me make this clear one last time

-the car WAS a previous salvage in the state of Florida
-the car was then cleared in the state of Florida with a rebuilt title
-then when i purchased the car i before the state of Georgia would issue a title they had to come out and inspect the car
-then the state of Georgia cleared the car and issued a rebuilt title for the car
