I have one of the high dollar griffin one's and it isnt bad.. I bring it on business trips so I can use it in rental cars :)

aux hookup FTW.

i've had both, and could tell a 200% difference. it sounded like a fuzzy radio station with the transmitter. the aux hookup is better than CD quality. (but your car may not have an aux outlet)

I dont have aux input =*( but yeah I know fm quality isnt going to be too great.

$3.99 cable hooked into my stereo AUX input. Best mod on my car :)
I can connect anything that has a headphone jack.
