THIS ONE IGNORANT SOB CAME UP TELLING "NOT ASKING) ME TO GIVE HIM A LOANER PHONE BECAUSE HIS PHONE IS STOLEN/LOST.....COMES UP TALKING ON HIS PHONE...SO IM LIKE WTF?? YOU ARE TALKING ON IT...SO I WRITE DOWN OUR EXCHANGE AND INSURANCE NUMBER FOR HIM AT WHICH POINT THE ASSHOLE STARTS YELLING. HE WAS LIKE "THE STORE IN LOGANVILLE GIVES ME LOANER PHONES OUT OF THE BOX THEY CANT SELL" I WAS LIKE "IM SORRY SIR, I CANNOT DO THAT." LOL, THERES A SANTA CLAUSE BOOTH RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY KIOSK AND SO HE STARTS SCREAMING AND IM LIKE "SIR, YOU HAVE TO CALL THIS NUMBER. WE HAVE STRICT POLICIES WE HAVE TO FOLLOW." SO THEN HE TELLS ME I OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW THEM AT WHICH POINT I PICK UP MY PHONE, OFFER IT TO HIM AND GO "HOLD THE 3 KEY DOWN AND IT WILL CALL CORPORATE AND YOU CAN ASK THEM YOURSELF." LOL THEN HE GOES "WELL NOW YOURE JUST BEING A SMARTASS." I HAD TO BITE MY TONGUE CAUSE I CAUGHT MYSELF "BETTER THAN YOU BEING A DUMBA...I MEAN IM NOT HAVING THIS ARGUMENT WITH YOU...IF THEY DO THAT GO TO THEM, I CANT GIVE YOU A $200 PHONE CAUSE YOURE TOO LAZY TO CALL THE REPLACEMENT LINE"
LOL THEN HE WALKS OFF SAYS SOME SHIT AND IM LIKE "I DONT CARE MAN, WHATEVER" AND HES LIKE YOU DONT SO IM LIKE "IM GLAD YOU REALIZED THAT" LOL
HE COMES BACK 10 MINUTES LATER WITH AN ATTITUDE AND GETS PISSED OFF CAUSE I CANT GIVE HIM LOGANVILLES NUMBER OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD AND I WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND WOULDNT TAKE TIME TO HELP THE ASSCLOWN

ok i just had a customer in here about his voice mail ..
he doesnt know how to setup the voice mail in spanish and he speaks spanish ..

Dude try being a service advisor at a car dealership. You aint seen nothin yet. I love it when people walk in and TELL you what to do instead of asking when it can be done. Oh and for all you people that come out of the woodwork to get two month old problems fixed on your car two days before thankigiving....GO FUCK YOURSELF....You knew you were going out of town whe it broke, dont expect me to fix it today. We have over 30 appointments tomorrow before 9 am. I didnt eat fucking lunch today.

Yeah and Im still learning the computer system so It takes me longer than the assholes...I mean customers are used to. Usually its fun but today and tomorrow suck ass, thank god I have Wednesday off. Its pays awesome and most of the people I work with are pretty cool. Actually its the first job I have ever had that I would be pissed if I got fired. Dealing with crazy people is fun....dealing with 20 of them at the same time like the three days before Thanksgiving sucks balls.

for me it is cause i have to deal with atleast 5 customers who dont know how to setup there voice mail ..
atleast 20 customers dont know why there bill is so much ..
another 20 - 30 people who think they know better than me and i prove them wrong ..
maybe 3 people who demands loaner phones when we dont offer that kind of service ..
atleast 5 - 10 people who dont know how to make a insurance claim when you simply dial the insurance number ..
i can go on but typing my keyboard harder and harder ill end up buying a new key board ..

LoL, I feel you both. I used to be a Shipping Supervisor for over 250 stores, & another 60 intown retailers at this CD distribution factory. I know how bad it can be trust me.
I guess I never really had "asshole customers". I sometimes just know when I'm going to run into one, so I take a deep breath pray, & just remember that God gave everyone the choice to be assholes, so they're just exercising that right. lol:goodjob: ....Vegeta

sometimes i dont even bother wasting my breathe and i tell them to leave the store for disturbing my business ..
they get even more mad and i tell them one more time to leave and if they dont imma call the cops ..
back home when i was working with verizon i was with my x gf ..
this customer came in screaming and cursing and he threw his phone on the phone ..
my x told him to pick up all the pieces and to leave the store and come back when hes calm ..
he picked up the pieces but didnt leave and he bought a phone at full price .. lolz

LOL, see sometimes it all works out. PWNAGE FTW!!:goodjob: I will ay this, customer service I can/have done, but most assueredly wouldn't do on a consistant/fulltime basics.
Like my job now, I entertain Medical Mission teams, but they're all into helping developing countries get medical supplies & whatnot, so they're pretty cool, & non-snotty. They just shop, get their supplies, I try to get a donation, they usually oblige, then bail.lol
The everyday customer tho, hell naw, I'd probably be on here with you & B18 nutting the fook up in this piece.lol....Vegeta

Yous guys haven't experienced anything until you have 190 very, very pissed off, and very, very non-english speaking on hold, due to their "Keno no worky!" I ask them to repeat what they said slower, they yell louder, and yell faster. Then start cursing at you in a mixture of their language, and Engrish. It's kinda funny some times, but most of the time, it pisses me off even worse. Sleeping> CSR work.

its not like that everyday but i get atleast one arragant asshole a day that thinks i want to fuck up myself and lose my job because they know cingular policies better than our own employees

Yeah i feel ya i work up front at a shop . I used to work out in the shop so they moved me up front to better diagnose things and then get the cars out to the shop . So i hear people telling me i am an iddiot and they want a certain part on the car fixed. We then replaced the part to their amazement that it never fixed the car and now they yell at me cause its still fucked .
