Actually , He started with the ROOTS..... Then Dre Hire him for the Chronic 2001 album and polished him up..

I may be wrong though, But Scott Storch was a no body when dre gave him a deal to make some beats with the Keyboards. So I guess Dre Put him on the map though.

Storch is one of the very few producers who.. I cannot tell his beats just from hearing it. I can tell a Jermaine Dupri beat, Timbaland, Dre, because they all sound similar or close to a previous hit they had. My favorite beat had to be the remix for Destiny's Childs 'Cater 2 U' and I dont even like them.
