average utility cost on a house?

hey guys, a few of my friends and I are renting a house out in kennesaw. Its a 4bed 3 bath. I'm trying to figure out about what the average cost is on utilities..thanks

me and my fiance it cost us around 60 bux in electric, 20 bux in gas, 15 in water and that's pretty much it... but then again we don't use our heater/ac, because our house stays pretty much 70 all year round

it will depend on how well the house is built. our big house run close to $1K a month in utilites but 19,000 sq. our little house is about $300 a month and is 6K sq.
