So i've played the Nintendo Wii

and damn that controller takes some getting used to. Especially, in the driving games, like Excite Truck. I like the fact that all you gotta do is turn the controller and the truck turns. So, the nintendo rep said that you can play Nintendo DS games on the Wii, as well as gamecube games. She also said that you can use the old school nintendo from the first nintendo and play those old school games too. In the Need For Speed Carbon game, you use the controller to controll the cars literally, just like in Excite Truck. That should be really interesting to play, and fun as well. I noticed the graphics weren't all that hot, but I didn't mind cause of the use of the controller. Im sure most of this info is old and shit. oh well, i think it's gonna be a great alternative if you don't want to spend the 600$ on the ps3.JUST MY two cents .

The Wii is the shit, there are alot more reasons to get one other than Zelda and Super Smash Brothers, those are two great reasons though.

Yeah just not for the current games but for the fact that you can download(for a small fee) ANY old nintendo games fromALL nintendo systems!!!!!! And is has wifi built in for wii channels, internet etc,etc I think you'll be able to download Sega Genisis and turbo grafix16 etc games too!!! It retails for $249.99 and comes out later today. This will be the best seller for this christmas season with NO PROBLEMS AND NO WAIT!!! Unlike the PS3. Yeah, they're $250, & I am thinking of getting one of these just because you can play all the old school games. From my understanding & my buddy, who is camped out goofily in MD awaiting one today. lol

You pay $10-$20 to download the NES,Sega,& TurboGraghics games off a website. Now me I have an old NES, so wouldn't mind playing those games, & Altered Beast!! That game was the shyt:goodjob: :goodjob: ....Vegeta

I got one this morning. Went to Walmart @ 5am and 17 people where there waiting. Luckily the had 18 so I ended up getting the last one. I've been playing the Trauma Center game, it's definately different. So far, the wii has been exceeding my expectations.

I went to about 8 stores today, all of which either were sold out or only selling pre orders. Its ok tho, I was just trying to get one wasnt like i HAD to get it. They told me most stores will be getting in a new shipment tues or wends.

Anyone care to show me, online, where you can play the original NES game on this machine. from what I saw from looking at the machine i didnt see that being possible.

i have a modded X-Box w/30 Games 200 Gig HD and Thousands of emultors and i use the shit to watch movies more than for gameplay
